These Listing Rules apply to all property owners, developers, and real estate agents who post listings on Assets Window. By submitting a listing, you agree to comply with the following guidelines.
1️⃣ Eligibility to List
- Property Owners must be the legal owner or an authorized representative of the property.
- Agents/Brokers must be professionally engaged in real estate activities and authorized by the property owner.
- Developers must list only approved and genuine projects.
Assets Window reserves the right to request authorization or proof at any time.
2️⃣ Listing Accuracy & Authenticity
All listings must include:
- Correct property type (plot, apartment, house, commercial, etc.)
- Accurate location details
- True pricing (no fake or misleading prices)
- Real photographs of the property
- Correct contact details
❌ The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings
- “Dummy” listings for lead generation
- Incorrect prices to attract enquiries
- Stock images not related to the property
3️⃣ Owner vs Agent Declaration
- Owners must list only their own properties.
- Agents must clearly declare themselves as Agent/Broker.
- Agents are not allowed to list properties as “Owner”.
Misrepresentation may lead to immediate removal or permanent suspension.
